Payments are settled on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transaction data are publicly visible by design and cannot subsequently be deleted or altered by us. Please consider this before making a payment.
Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and error analysis. Valuation request data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the output and for short-term error analysis. Correspondence is kept as long as required for the matter and applicable limitation periods.
